GAME MASTER APPLICATION

The Game masters monitor games from the control room ensuring safety and proper game flow, ready to give hints as needed. They reset the rooms with accuracy in a short window of time between bookings. Game masters answer phone calls during their shift and respond to customer in a professional manner. Being able to work alone as well as together with other game masters as a team, also keeping the building clean is part of our everyday routine.

Game Master responsibilities include:

  • Managing guest reservations

  • Guiding teams through the setup process

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting games

  • Guiding teams through the Game

  • Service industry and/or public speaking experience preferred

  • Minimal physical work includes walking, squatting and using a step ladder (2 steps) while resetting the rooms and cleaning

The ideal applicant has:

  • An interest in gaming and/or live experiences

  • A friendly, inclusive, and outgoing personality

  • Experience directing large groups (Adults & Children)

  • Customer service experience

  • Basic computer skills (run, restart, computers and apps)

  • A cool head in high-pressure situations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • High degree of accountability, with motivation to get work done if left alone
